Surface Is Prepared
The concrete is mechanically diamond ground to prepare it for the application. This “opens” the concrete to strengthen the bond.
Surface Is Repaired and Cleaned
After grinding, the floor is cleaned again. All cracks and defects in the concrete are repaired with an epoxy filler to create a smooth, seamless surface.
Base Coat and Broadcast
The first coat of epoxy is applied per manufacturer's specifications. The finished material you have chosen is applied next.
Top Coat is Applied
After the first coat has set, any broadcast material that did not bond is recovered, and another coat is applied.
