Surface Is Reviewed and Repaired
We assess the structural integrity of the concrete surface before we do any grinding. Using special equipment and metal-bonded diamond abrasives, our crews grind the concrete surface to the correct level of aggregate exposure.
Surface Is Hardened
We apply a chemical hardener to the exposed concrete surface in preparation for the polishing stage.
Floor Is Polished
The grinding abrasives are replaced with polishing pads (resin-bonded diamond abrasives) moving from medium to extra-fine grit to impart a glossy sheen.
